 TO THE NEW announced that it has been ranked 49 among India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces by Great Place to Work Institute.

Great Place to Work Institute India along with Mint conducted the study to explore workplace culture trends across mid-size workplaces which have 100 to 500 employees.

More than 300 companies participated in this anonymous survey and the best companies were identified majorly on the basis of employees’ perspectives and people practices implemented across the organizations such as workplace culture, friendly environment, benefits and perks, development and growth etc.
