Infosys has announced multi-million dollar partnership with ABN AMRO bank for multiple years. The IT firm will be providing the bank with its IT services for its smooth operations. Infosys will serve as one of its strategic partners and deliver services across various sections including application development and maintenance, testing and product implementation.
The firm together with ABN AMRO’s other strategic partners will help it rationalize its IT landscape in order to meet its goal of becoming a leading digital bank. The work process will involve improvements in service quality and customer experience, employee satisfaction and agility, greater operational efficiency. The transition will happen pretty soon where Infosys will leverage key trends in the banking industry, including industrialization and digitalization.
