Accenture joins Partnership on AI to actively contribute its own insights, research and capabilities in areas including Responsible AI

Accenture announces to join the Partnership on AI, a prestigious alliance of businesses, researchers, academics and policy makers.

Accenture will actively contribute its own insights, research and capabilities in areas including Responsible AI, and will dedicate people and resources to collaborate with Partnership on AI members to help address important global challenges such as food, diversity, inclusion, health, education and economic opportunity.

It works to advance the understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) technology and develop best practices on the challenges and opportunities within the field. Accenture joins other prominent industry leaders who share its commitment to advancing the field of AI so that it benefits people and society.

We are proud to join the Partnership on AI to contribute in these areas and help define a successful and impactful future for AI.”

The Partnership on AI and its members aim to recommend best practices and conduct and publish research under an open license in areas such as ethics, fairness and inclusivity; transparency, privacy, and interoperability; collaboration between people and AI systems; and the trustworthiness, reliability and robustness of the technology.

Partnership on AI founding members includes Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Google/DeepMind, IBM and Microsoft.

Through its #AI4Good initiative, Accenture is making investments in unlocking the power of AI technologies through inclusive innovation co-created with ecosystem partners that leads to positive, scalable societal impact.
