Apple Secretly Acquires a Machine Learning Startup named Turi

International media sparked gossips that Apple has gone into a strategic acquisition with a machine learning startup Turi.

Not new for wearing secret shoes, Apple is known to combat its counterpart Google and Facebook who are already on the verge of practicing M2M advancements.

The Tech industry has been in a rampant territory to acquire the small tech firms to foster their offerings into the next said ‘digital transformation’.

Fresh reports by GeekWire said that the acquisition comes amid to helm the company’s capabilities in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and make its products smarter.

The real value of the acquisitions is unclear, but Geekwire asserts that it was upwards of $200 million.

Every big tech company is racing in that direction, and Apple certainly wants to get out in the lead.

Apple has purchased other machine learning and AI startups in recent months as well, including VocalIQ, Emotient, and Perceptio.
