Aspect Software launches Unified IP 7.3 cloud service

Aspect Software the benefactor of completely integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization and back office has launched all new cloud solutions. The company introduced the Aspect Unified IP 7.3 cloud service in the Indian market. This solution provides new proactive outreach compliance capabilities and tighter integration with Aspect’s social media interaction solution, ultimately providing a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) than previous iterations.
