Avaya receives Asia Pacific Enterprise Networking Customer Value Enhancement Award
Avaya has announced that it has received the Asia Pacific Enterprise Networking Customer Value Enhancement Award 2014 by Frost & Sullivan. The award was presented by Andrew Milory, Vice President ICT Research, Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific at the award presentation held on 16 October.
A company receives the customer value enhancement award if it has worked in the direction of enhanced customer value with the help of its networking offerings and recorded revenue growth in its networking product line. Along with this the other criteria also involves both business impact achieved – including growth, customer acquisition, growth potential and operational efficiency – and customer impact, based on price performance value, and the customer experience across the entire process.
