Axis Communication Unveils Onboard Camera
Axis Communications has launched AXIS P3925-LRE, a robust and compact onboard camera for exterior use.
Optimized for the transportation industry, it complies with industry standards including EN50155 and EN45545-2. The camera is specially designed for side view monitoring on buses, trains, and vehicles.
The onboard camera can also be used for identifying maintenance needs on rolling stock, for example, wear and tear of pantograph collector strips.
It offers superior image quality in HDTV 1080p. Forensic WDR ensures high-quality images even when there are both dark and light areas in the scene. Plus, Lightfinder delivers sharp, color images in poor lighting conditions. With built-in IR Illumination, it can be used for surveillance in complete darkness.
