Birlasoft Leads with Quality, Achieves SAP Accreditation for Partner Quality Program for 2015
Birlasoft, an SAP services partner and a member of the Extended Business program has announced to receive accreditation for a global partner quality program by SAP. The certificate was granted by the SAP Partner Service Delivery organization for Birlasoft’s continues demonstration of clear quality standards, and processes and in recognition of quality, risk and project management framework improvement. It’s worth mentioning that, Birlasoft achieved the SAP Partner Quality Accreditation in 2014 as well.
As a member of the partner quality program, Birlasoft becomes capable to support SAP customers avoid escalations, sustain profits, cut profit dilution and increase effective delivery through the program lifecycle. Further, it will also offer a quality approach for sales processes and delivery methodologies over access to improved SAP channel quality templates and processes.
The accreditation also assists partners improve the success of bids by providing a sales differentiator from other partners through quality wording and information as well as risk mitigation activities, the press release states.
