BlackBerry has announced the expansion of its enterprise applications available on the BlackBerry Classic. In order to expand its portfolio the company has entered into strategic partnership with Aderant, Bighand Inc., Bloomberg LP, Box Inc., CellTrak Technologies, Cisco Systems Inc., Entrust, GoldCare, InterAct, Onset Technology, Rekoop, Salient Federal Solutions, and SAP. The increasing catalogue focuses on segments like healthcare, financial and professional services which offer secure and productivity enhancing solutions to customers.
Speaking about the portfolio expansion, Peter Ng, BlackBerry’s Senior Director of Global Alliances & Business Development, commented, “BlackBerry is committed to working with its partners to deliver the applications necessary for our customers to be productive at work and on-to-go. The BlackBerry Classic users and enterprises will now have access to applications like Aderant: Expert On the Go, Bighand, Inc: Bighand, Bloomberg LP: Bloomberg Professional, Box, Inc.: Box, CellTrak Technologies: CellTrak next generation, Cisco Systems Inc.: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Solution, Entrust: Entrust IdentityGuard Mobile, GoldCare: GoldCare Mobility Plus, InterAct: PocketCop, Onset Technology: OnPage, Rekoop: TimeCapture, Salient Federal Solutions: Voyager Query for Law Enforcement and the SAP: CFO Vantage.
