Brother India inaugurates its first State-of-the-art ‘TechCorner’ in Chennai

With its rapidly expanding product portfolio, Brother International announces the launch of its first state-of-the-art ‘TechCorner’ in Chennai. ‘TechCorner’ is an exclusive branded store designed to enable Brother India showcase its entire portfolio of Printers, Scanners, Label Printers and Home Sewing Machine for customers to get first-hand experiential with detailed product demonstrations.

The new innovative center aims to provide detailed demonstrations on product features, user interface, installations and additional trouble shooting tips. The TechCorner also allows the consumer to touch, feel and experience the products before buying it.  Additionally, the centre will soon add service capabilities to address any customer issues.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Toshiaki Isayama, Managing Director, Brother International India, said “We are delighted to announce the exclusive launch of our first experiential centre in India. Chennai is one of our fastest growing regions and this strategic decision to provide high quality sales and after sales support is a proof point of our commitment to deliver unmatched experience for our corporate customers and consumers. The TechCorner is strategically located in the Anna Salai area and boasts a large display area with trained technicians to attend every need of customer.

Additionally, the centre will showcase products that will significantly add convenience, ease of choosing products and fasten the decision making process.
