JDA Software has entered into a new strategic collaboration with Google to deliver its next generation cloud-based omni-channel and supply chain solutions via Google Cloud Platform. To support JDA’s future application development and delivery, the search giant will provide accessible and flexible technology platform via the cloud.This collaboration will accelerate the development of next generation cloud solutions of JDA that is aimed at delivering innovative products and services for its customers. Google Cloud Platform initiatives will be developed at recently formed JDA Labs, which comprises a 50-person team dedicated to driving innovation around data science, user experience and product innovation. John Sarvari, Group Vice President of Technology at JDA Software said in the past nine months, the company has doubled the total number of patent applications that we have submitted.
This partnership also complements JDA’s FLEX platform strategy, which connects JDA’s existing cloud-based solutions and on-premise solutions with next generation solutions built on Google Cloud Platform.
This month, JDA will be part of the keynote at Google Cloud Platform Next events that will show how the companies plan to work together.
