Comcast Acquires Deep Blue Communications
Comcast announced it has completed the acquisition of Deep Blue Communications – a NY-based company in engineering, installing, and managing commercial WiFi networks. The details of the acquisition were not revealed.
The acquisition will enable Comcast to combine the power and reliability of its advanced network solutions with intelligent, managed WiFi that creates greater efficiency for businesses and differentiated experiences for customers.
