Conectys gets fresh facility in the Philippines

BUCHAREST, ROMANIA: Conectys, the recognised spearhead in multilingual and multicultural outsourcing services, declared that is has opened its third delivery site.

The fresh facility, based in the Philippines, delivers a further 350 operational seats and offers additional capacity on demand aimed at large-scale projects. Based in Davao, the new hub builds upon Conectys’ 24/7 international outsourcing services and affords accent-free English for the North American market as well as Asian languages including Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino Tagalog and Indonesian. This further extends Conectys’ range of multilingual and multicultural offerings to more than 35 global languages.

Conectys now has more than 850 operational seats across its three centres in Romania, Belgium and the Philippines, buttressing its ability to handle global, multilingual and culturally compatible outsourcing operations for challenger brands and established organisations.

The novel facility is equipped with fully redundant technologies to be able to deliver business continuity, including power backup, real time automated failover and load balancing between sites and real-time replication of critical data. The facility is also fully PCI compliant certifying the secure processing of payment transactions.
