Convergys completes procurement of Stream

CINCINNATI, USA: Convergys Corporation today announced that it has completed its procurement of Stream Global Services, Inc. The addition of Stream will further go on to buttress Convergys’ position as the ace U.S. provider in the $55 billion outsourced customer management services industry.

This development swells the company’s geographic footprint and capabilities. Convergys now has 1, 25,000 employees working out of more than 150 locations in 31 countries, speaking 47 languages. Stream’s complementary client portfolio will also diversify Convergys’ client base by way of the addition of leading technology, followed by entertainment, and communications clients.
