Convergys Corporation continues to nimble on its expansion and growth mantra – recently Chief Operating Officer Marge Connelly met with the geography’s leadership team, recognizing Convergys India’s contributions to the company’s global footprint and her confidence on the continuation of its journey of growth.

Since Convergys started operations in India 14 years ago as our first offshore destination, our team has steadily grown. Thanks to the great performance of the India team across our 7 centers nationwide, we continue to attract the best and brightest Indian talent, and are already 15,000-strong today from 13,000 at the start of the year.
