D-Link expands its Direct Support Service in smaller towns
Following the success of D-Link Direct Service – DDS’, the Taiwanese networking company has decided to take the service in smaller towns and districts. D-Link has launched its Direct Support Service in mid 2013, aiming to help customers enjoy service right at their door step.
The service with its new regional model will be backed by D-Link Service Centers (DSC), D-Link Service Partners (DSP) and D-Link Authorized Collection centers (DAC). With a presence in over 150 cities, the service will now offer quicker and reliable service to customers pan India.
It’s worth mentioning that all the regional DDS centers are equipped with state-of-the art BGA (Ball Grid Array) facilities to support quick resolution. DDS advantages can be gained on all D-Link ADSL Broadband, Wireless and selected 3G Life Style Products.

D-Link Direct Service is a one-stop service solution that offers ‘Service at doorstep’. Once the user lodges the complaint by calling on toll free number 18002330000 or via E-mail [email protected], company will immediately arrange for the product and get it picked from customers’ door-step. If required they may replace it with a working model there itself and user will get an SMS stating the status of the advance replacement unit dispatched.
