Tsaaro has launched the Data Security Adoption Programme for SMBs in response to the key findings of its aggregated report on how data breaches have increased in the last year and the entire world is in desperate need of Data Security Solutions.
Tsaaro has accumulated the key findings like over 66 per cent SMBs have experienced a cyber attack in the past 12 months, 91 per cent of small businesses haven’t purchased cyber liability insurance, Healthcare and financial industries spent the most time in the data breach lifecycle, 329 days and 233 days, respectively. The Global average cost of a data breach is $3.86 million and Cybercrime is estimated to cost the world $10.5 Trillion annually by 2025.
Through the launch of this programme, Tsaaro envisions catering to small-medium businesses and spreading awareness about data security. For various reasons, it has been observed that small companies don’t have many protective measures compared to big companies. Therefore, they are more vulnerable to security risks. As such, the programme would be a great platform for smaller enterprises to take precautionary measures and ensure that sensitive data is preserved by all means.
