Dell positioned as the 8th most trusted brand of 2015

According to the Brand Trust Report, India Study of 2015, Dell stands at number 8 in the ranking of the most trusted brand by the consumers. It has emerged as the Most Trusted Brand in the Technology category, complementing the growth the company has charted in the past few quarters.

Speaking about the achievement, P. Krishnakumar, Executive Director & General Manager – Consumer & Small Businesses, Dell India said, “Giving consumers the “Power to do More” and enabling them to leverage the potential of technology in their everyday lives, is at the core of the consistent innovation which takes place at Dell. I believe that this is a sentiment that has resonated with consumers across the country. This further fuels our objective of delivering great user experiences – a thumb rule in building enduring relationships and trust with our customers. Being deemed the most trusted technology brand by our own consumers is indeed, a momentous and more so, a highly encouraging start to 2015.”

On the other hand, talking about the results of TRA, N. Chandramouli, CEO, TRA, said on the occasion of the report’s launch, said, “Brand Dell has seen a rather remarkable growth in trust emerging as the 8th Most Trusted Brand, making a leap of 46 ranks this year. Dell has also emerged victorious in the highly competitive technology landscape, highlighting its close relationship with the brand’s customers, its key stakeholders.”

Dell has been growing rapidly in the Indian market, with a widespread network of its exclusive stores and a few thousand multi-brand and large format stores & resellers espousing its cause to take PC penetration in the country to the next level.
