Moreover, the Dell’s Automated Full-Time Equivalent (AFTE), an end-to-end, differentiated and value-driven innovative solution won the award under the “Good to Great Innovation” category.

The solution computerizes intricate processes like medical coding, claims adjudication, repetitive data entry or rules based data capture, finance and accounting. It incorporates accounts receivable management, while recovering speed-to-market and an estimated 10–15 percent enhancement of productivity and quality.
This model is the application of tools and methodology to replicate specific steps without distinction and with a high degree of precision, execute certain activities repeatedly, and utilize a complex set of chronological process activities, logically broken down by business rules.
