Fluke Corporation Acquires PRÜFTECHNIK
Fluke Corporation has acquired Germany-based PRÜFTECHNIK, one of the leading company in precision laser shaft alignment, condition monitoring, and non-destructive testing. The transaction details of the acquisition deal have not been released yet.
