Flytxt will allow Vodacom to enhance its revenue and customer experience through its Big data technology and analytics solution. The will do so by studying the consumer behaviour and providing best offers to its subscribers in real-time.
The solutions provided by Flytxt come with a man-machine collaborated approach. Along with generating the insights and recommendations from various data feeds within the IT systems they also transform real-time marketing decisions, which help in creating economic value across business workflows.
