Google launches ‘Google My Business’ app in Rajasthan

Google has launched the ‘Google My Business’ app to enable small and medium businesses (SMBs) of Rajasthan to help them to reach their potential customers online. The app has been designed to work across both desktop and mobile devices and will allow the businesses to generate and renew their business information on Google Search, Maps and Google+ from one place for free both in English and Hindi.

Suryanarayana Kodukulla, Head of SMB Sales, Google India said that, Jaipur is one of the top 15 cities that contribute to 60 percent of the SME business. However, they have very little online presence. This app from Google will help the SMBs to boost their online presence and get discovered by their potential clients.

The business owner can now download the app for free from the Google Play store and can update their details such as contact information, pictures and map which will be displayed in Google search. The app was launched recently and has gathered immense response from the business community.
