Great Place to Work institute® bestows Ericsson India with best Employer Environment


Ericsson bestowed by Great Place to Work Institute® positioning as the top 3 Companies to work in the Indian Telecommunications Industry ahead it has also being recognized amongst Top 100 Workplaces in India.

The recognition came amid Ericsson’s commitment towards fostering a culture of trust within the organisation encouraging new talent to excel in performance .

The ranking replicates the work-feel at Ericsson. The Workplace Award also takes into consideration an extensive culture audit, providing evaluators with insight into a company’s value system, programs and practices in the areas of hiring, communication, employee development and Company celebrations.
