Lenovo India Appoints Rohit Sandal as new HR Head, Subhankar Roy Assumes New Role

Lenovo, India has appointed Rohit Sandal as the company’s India HR head.  He will be lead Lenovo’s HR strategy and operations in India. Former India HR head Subhankar Roy Chowdhury, will work as the Global Head HR Strategy, M&A and Analytics.

Prior to joining Lenovo, Rohit worked with Dell as HR Director where he managed HR strategy for Bangalore, Gurgaon & Noida sites. He also worked with Mercer Consulting before joining Dell. Sandal has a proven track record of leading employee engagement, employee relations, and HR Transformation Projects across various business lines
