HCL Care the customer care business unit of HCL services has announced the expansion of its multi-brand multi-product service network to 300 centers under the brand name TOUCH. The TOUCH service centers are a part of HCL Care’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C). Under this initiative the brand offers one stop solution to the customers, which includes after-sales servicing and support needs for various brands across mobility, IT and consumer electronics & home appliances.
Speaking about the expansion, Sharad Talwar, Head – HCL Care, HCL Services Ltd. said “We have a legacy in service excellence spanning over decades. HCL Care TOUCH initiative covers the entire ecosystem of retailers, e-commerce, Large and Small Format Retail under one roof to provide end-to-end support services for IT, Mobility and Consumer Electronics products. The TOUCH centers are present in key cities of Maharashtra, Gujarat, East UP, West Bengal, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Punjab, Gujarat, Haryana, Delhi NCR, Bihar and Orissa.
