Hitachi Systems, Ltd. (Hitachi Systems), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. and Pvt. Ltd. (Micro Clinic), an IT services company based in India, has declared that they have concluded a share purchase agreement and shareholders’ agreement to augment the IT services business in India.
Precisely, Hitachi Systems will procure approximately 76% of Micro Clinic shares and rename the company as Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic Pvt. Ltd. Looking ahead, Hitachi Systems and Micro Clinic will implement procedures directed at carrying out the share transfer by the end of March, Fiscal 2014, that is.
Micro Clinic affords IT services centered on the supply of IT platforms and maintenance services. Additionally, Micro Clinic is working to brace virtualisation services, managed services and other services, with the aim of driving further business expansion.
