Holtek has recently announced the release of a new CAN Bus MCU, the HT66F3370H. The CAN bus physical layer can support up to 1Mbit/s high-speed network.
It contains a wide range of features such as long transmission distance, high reliability, good expandability, etc., which provides excellent performance for local area network application controllers.
It also provides an excellent solution for intelligent building monitoring, automotive electronic control and industrial 4.0 intelligent control applications.
The device contains a fully integrated CAN Bus interface which is based around a fully CAN module licensed from Bosch. The CAN Bus interface supports CAN 2.0A and 2.0B protocols and is compatible with the ISO11898-1:2003 specification.
It contains 32 Message Objects for data transmission and supports the Receive Enhanced Full CAN. In addition to the CAN Bus, the device contains a 32K×16 Flash Program Memory, a 3K×8 Data Memory and 1K×8 EEPROM. With regards to peripheral features, the device also includes SPI×1/I²C×1/UART×3 communication interfaces, a 16 channel 12-bit A/D converter, 4-SCOM lines LCD driver, a 16-bit MDU (Multiplier/Divider Unit) and a 16-bit CRC function.
The device is supplied in both 48-pin and 64-pin LQFP package types and has an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃. With multiple interfaces and large Program and Data Memory capacities, the device is extremely suitable for use in various system communication control applications.
