Honeywell entitles Vimal Kapur as President of Honeywell Process Solutions

Honeywell from its barrio has announced that Vimal Kapur has been christened president of Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS), a Honeywell business that supplies automation control, followed by instrumentation as well as services to process manufacturers in industries as for instance oil and gas, refining, pulp and paper, petrochemicals, and metals, minerals plus mining.

Being a near-30-year trouper of the process automation industry, Kapur has remained with Honeywell for more than 25 years. He has so far held a number of key strategic business positions within Honeywell together with vice president of Global Marketing and Strategy for HPS, and managing director for Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL). Earlier to this appointment, he stood as vice president/general manager of the Advanced Solutions line of business for HPS.

On record, Kapur graduated from Thapar Institute of Engineering in Patiala, India, as an electronics engineer braced with a specialization in instrumentation. He is Six Sigma certified for DMAIC and Growth. In this current position, he will be located in Houston, Texas.
