IMImobile bags 3 awards for mobile innovation

IMImobile, the company that deals in software and services, which helps the businesses to grow in the sphere of mobile communications has received 3 awards. The company received these honors at the Mobile Innovations Awards. These awards were created by the Mobile Innovations Magazine in order to reward the ones who are pushing the boundaries of what is possible with mobile and who are succeeding in a business and commercial setting.

IMImobile got the award for-‘Best Use of Mobile within a CRM Strategy’ for Mobile by Sainsbury’s, Nectar Card integration. The company created a solution which enabled the Mobile by Sanisbury’s customers to link their Nectar card account with their mobile identity. With the help of this they earned points via topping up, purchasing bundles and using their mobile. Moreover, this also allows Mobile by Sainsbury’s to offer value that cannot be matched by competitors and links the mobile and in-store experience through cross channel promotions.

The next award is the- ‘Best Use of Mobile for Customer Service’ for O2, #TweetServe’. #TweetServe is the world’s first social self-care customer service, developed by IMImobile in partnership with O2 and Twitter. This helps the customers to manage their accounts by themselves and gain information instantly with Twitter. This initiative will further the cause of the digitally led customer service program.

Lastly, the company bagged the award for- ‘Most Innovative App for Entertainment’ for Universal Music Group, The Kleek. This is a music streaming app for Android, which is designed by IMImobile along with BBH and Universal. With the help of the app, the users can stream music from Universal Music Group, Sony Music, EMI and local African studios’ music catalogue, as well as access exclusive interviews, playlists, previews and artist diaries. Apart from the online version the app also works in the offline mode.
