Infosys BPO the subsidiary of Infosys has inaugurated its new center at the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) joined the senior executives of Infosys BPO for the ceremony. The center will initially deliver complex order-to-cash business processes for clients in the aviation sector.
Talking about the new center, Anup Uppadhayay, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Infosys BPO, said, “The new center in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico is a promising regional hub for Infosys BPO. We envision it as a center of excellence for the aviation and aerospace industry. Infosys BPO is further expanding its footprint in the region to service clients in the federal/ government sector, and the healthcare industry. The center will deliver services in English and Spanish.
