Infosys signs deal with ‘House of Fraser’ to transform its multichannel business and IT infrastructure
IT services firm Infosys has announced its deal with House of Fraser (Sanpower Group China owned company) to transform its multichannel business and IT infrastructure. House of Fraser, which aims to expand its global footprint, has selected Infosys as its strategic partner to strengthen its multichannel business, and manage and transform its core IT infrastructure.
The deal was signed in the presence of Yuan Yafei, Chairman, Sanpower Group and Vishal Sikka, CEO, Infosys.
This Strategic Retail Transformation program will provide end consumers a flawless shopping experience, and will make operational efficiencies and faster time to market.
Frank Slevin, Chairman, House of Fraser, said, “This program will help us realize faster time to market as we adopt new and advanced technologies to enhance our multichannel business. The benefits from this program will also allow us to achieve our business goals as we go global. We look forward to building a long term strategic relationship with Infosys.”
Under this partnership, House of Fraser will leverage Infosys’ expertise in the retail space, and have access to next-gen technologies in areas like digital and cloud.

As a partner, Infosys will work with House of Fraser as it taps into the fashion retail market in China; offering its extensive knowledge of local business nuances, access to specialized local talent pools and a collaborative multinational engagement framework, the press release states.
