ING Vysya deploys Mindtree services for digital mobility program

Mindtree the provider of technology services has revealed that it has been chosen by ING Vysya as a digital partner for their next generation mobility program. As per the program Mindtree will be helping the bank in providing multi-channel and multi-banking experience to its customers. Along with this it will also be creating a road map, which will help the bank to reach the untapped markets.

In the first phase of the process Mindtree will develop hybrid retail banking mobile application across the Android, Windows, Blackberry, J2ME and website based platforms. The application will deliver complete retail banking experience to the users. It will cover exclusive features like multi balance meter, shopping and deals, gift cards and cheque scan making it more interesting and significant to customers.

Aniruddha Paul, CIO at ING Vysya feels that, the digital road map will help the company in gaining a more prominent space amongst the customers. She further said that the bank deployed the services of Mindtree because of their technological expertise and strategies they plan for their clients. We see large opportunities in developing these kind of applications for the rest of our business.

On the other hand Gaurav Joshi of Mindtree said that, ING Vysya has been associated with us since 9 years and they also have very strong market presence. Through our digital technology we aim to provide superior experience to their customers.
