ITC Infotech bags European Outsourcing Award 2014

ITC Infotech has been given an award by the European Outsourcing Association for its long term engagement with Danske Bank. The company is bagged the award because of its efforts in delivering business value in European outsourcing. The awards are presently in their fifth year and they recognise and commend the efforts of companies and individuals who have demonstrated best-practices in outsourcing. This year the awards witnessed huge number of entries from across Europe.

The Danske Bank Group is the largest in Denmark and one of the leading one in the north European financial markets. It majorly works on retail banking and provides a wide range of financial services including insurance, mortgage finance, asset management, leasing services. The bank is working in association with ITC Infotech since 2006. ITC Infotech helps the bank in Personal Banking, Business Banking and Corporates & Institutions divisions. The company has also transformed the IT infrastructure and IT division of the bank.

In a press statement, the company said, “that through its association with ITC Infotech, the bank has benefited across several fronts including faster time-to-market for new products, a broader range of technical competencies, and minimised knowledge risk. ITC Infotech’s customised delivery model has also delivered significant savings in costs for Danske Bank.”
