Lenovo, one of the leading PC manufacture in the Indian market once again bagged the prestigious ‘Golden Peacock Award’ for ‘Business Excellence’. Lenovo got this award for demonstrating an understanding of the market and of customers as well as the implementation of innovative market solutions that are both customer and business centric.

The Golden Peacock Evaluation Process is a broad procedure involving a range of assessment processes. 382 applicants were evaluated on an exhaustive set of parameters out of which 175 shortlisted entries were sent to the jury for final selection. Every year this award receives over 1000 entries from over 25 countries for various categories, the press release states.
Established by the Institute of Directors, India, the award recognizes Corporate Excellence in organizations across the globe. This year the awards were presented in Dubai by His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Social Development, Government of U.A.E. Winners of other categories include JK Tyres and Industries and Tata Consultancy Service, amongst others.
