Mahindra Comviva announces that after the consolidation of its LATAM operations and on the heels of acquiring ATS Advanced Technology Solutions, the company will strategically head under a single brand – Mahindra Comviva achieving common business vision.
In a statement, the company cites that by combining the individual strengths of both entities, the unified brand will leverage various channels to ensure enhanced customer engagement and a richer brand experience. Moreover, the brand’s overall market positioning is expected to strengthen, as is the company’s relationship with consumers.
Commenting on the development, Jorge Brunfman, CEO, LATAM said, “This synergy with Mahindra Comviva will ensure that we serve our customers better, faster and more efficiently. We are targeting revenue growth of 500 per cent over the next three years from the region.”
