Mahindra Comviva strengthen its Revenue Plus suite with the launch of IRIS (Incremental Revenues through Incremental Sales), – a monetization platform for CSPs. The new solution is known to unify retailer and subscriber recharge processes by providing a seamless, congruent and concurrent recharge experience to both the parties. IRIS is an integrated channel management solution embedded with work force automation, which encompasses various functions like retailer incentivization, retailer self-help and channel self-help.
IRIS comes with various level of upgrade giving customers the flexibility of treating each customer and retailer differently meeting their requirement.
