Maxim elects MaryAnn Wright, Tracy Accardi to its Board of Directors
Maxim Integrated Products announces strategic rejig to its leadership team. According to its official release, MaryAnn Wright and Tracy Accardi has been chosen to its Board of Directors. Coming with immediate effect, the two new incumbencies tabulates the company’s existing seven members to nine, respectively.
Ms. Wright serves as Group Vice President, Technology and Industry Relations at Johnson Controls. During her 9-year tenure with the company, the veteran has known to serve in several leadership roles focused on R&D, engineering and product development.
Ms. Accardi has served as Vice President of Global Research and Development, Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions at Hologic since 2014, where she leads the development of screening, diagnostic and biopsy systems for the detection and treatment of breast cancer.
Citing on the development, Bill Sullivan, Chairman of Maxim’s Board of Directors said, “We are pleased to welcome MaryAnn and Tracy to the Board.
