Maxim Appoints Ting Li as VP of Sales for Greater China and ROA
Li brings a valuable customer perspective and extensive experience in management and sales
Maxim Integrated Products appoints Ting Li as the new Vice President of Sales for Greater China and Rest of Asia (ROA) with immediate effect.
LI brings along an extensive experience as he led OSRAM Opto Semiconductors as Vice President of Sales, Greater China, where he showcased his expertise in leading large sales and marketing team.
“Li is an experienced sales leader who understands the semiconductor industry, the Pan Asia region, large and broad-market customers, and the distribution channel,” said David Loftus, Maxim’s Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. “Li’s proven success in each of these areas, plus his system-level sales experience and excellent communication skills, makes Li the right choice for Maxim Integrated.”
Before OSRAM, Li was at Freescale Semiconductor as Executive Director, Asia Pacific Channel Business where he was responsible for demand-creation in the Asia Pacific market including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, South Asia, and India.
Li also worked at Avago Technologies as their China Country Manager and held a leadership role at STMicroelectronics.
Li has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from East China Normal University and an MBA from the Management School of Fudan University (MIT Sloan-Fudan international MBA program).
