MEMPHIS Electronic’s DDR5 Memory Module

MEMPHIS Electronic has configured DDR5 modules with 16 and 32 Gigabyte capacities and 5600 MHz clock frequency.

MEMPHIS Electronic has launched a family of DDR5 memory modules in commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Samples are available in late Q4 and will be on display at electronica 2022 in hall B4, booth 439.

MEMPHISWith Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things applications becoming ubiquitous, the need for high-speed, high-capacity memory in industrial applications is increasing rapidly.

Addressing this demand, MEMPHIS Electronic has configured DDR5 modules with 16 and 32 Gigabyte capacities and 5600 MHz clock frequency. The modules are based on Samsung’s DDR5 chipsets and come in SO-DIMM and UDIMM form factors with and without error correction code (ECC).

“Ever since our very beginnings, MEMPHIS has configured industrial-grade memory modules to support extended product life cycles or deliver highly reliable high-performing memory solutions for industrial PCs and embedded applications,” explained Marco Mezger, Managing Director and Global Head of MEMPHIS Electronic. “Working with Samsung, we are now able to deliver modules based on the newest DRAM generation in the high-quality standard that customers have come to expect and value from MEMPHIS.”

To be able to deliver a consistently stable quality, MEMPHIS has always developed its own PCBs and can ensure that its JEDEC standardized modules have a fixed bill of materials over their entire lifespan.

Visitors at electronica 2022 in Munich, can see samples of the new DDR5 modules from November 15 to 18 at the MEMPHIS booth in hall B4, booth 439.
