Micromax has announced the appointment of Shubhajit Sen as the new Chief Marketing Officer. He will be responsible for leading all marketing efforts of the company across markets while strengthening the overall brand communication. The company has taken this step in order to make Micromax a brand to reckon with.

Before joining Micromax he was associated with Glaxo Smith Kline Consumer Health Limited as the Executive Vice President and brings along with him the 21 years of experience. He joined GSK in 1992 as a Management Trainee and advanced through the organization to be the Executive Vice President.
