Microsoft introduces new Office 365 plans for small businesses
Microsoft seems to be gearing to make the maximum of the opportunities at hand. This time it has come up with the exciting news for the small businesses. The Redmond giant is all set to introduce new plans for the small businesses using the Microsoft Office 365. The new Office 365 Business plans will gradually replace the existing small and midsize business plan in coming times. The company will be rolling out three updated business plans for the enterprises.
The updated plans named as the ‘Office 365 Business’will cost around $8.25 per user per month if they take the plan annually. The plan incorporates all of Office’s core apps like Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. The users will also get access to Office for smartphones and tablets along with support for Office apps online and OneDrive for Business storage.
The other plan in the list is the ‘Office 365 Business Essentials’ is the basic version of the suite and is priced for $5 per user per month on an annual commitment. Moreover, Microsoft will provide the users an access to online versions of Office tools and also provides cloud storage and access to Office 365 Exchange.
Lastly, the most expensive of the lot is the ‘Office 365 Business Premium’ and includes all features of the Office 365 Business and Office 365 Essentials. Pricing for this plan is $12.50 per user per month. The enterprises can avail the plans by simply subscribing for Office 365. However, the existing users will have to wait till the time their subscriptions are up for renewal to see these options available to them. And the existing users will also have the option to continue with their existing packages if they so please.
