Microsoft has made it easy for the SMBs in India to opt for Microsoft Azure the cloud platform. The company has made this possible by opening the licensing catalogue for India. As the catalogue is open now the SMBs can get access to Azure from the local IT partner. The Indian SMBs are dependent on the products available with their local IT partner in order to meet their IT needs. And now with the addition of Azure the SMBs will get the complete IT portfolio under the same hood.
The SMBs are saving a lot with the availability of cloud. It helps them to minimise the cost incurred on IT and Microsoft’s wide-ranging portfolio provide enriching cloud services to the enterprises. The Microsoft office 365 is one of the examples which helps the enterprises and is also present in the open catalogue. However, with the inclusion of Azure the enterprise will be able to create and install applications at a cheap price flexible monetary terms and achieve faster return on investment.
Speaking about this addition, Meetul Patel, General Manager, Small and Midmarket Solutions & Partners, India said, “Over the years, our customers have been able to adopt and benefit from new technologies though the support of our 10,000 strong partner network. By making Azure available through local partners, we are further helping India’s SMBs secure the great benefits of cloud computing.”
Microsoft aims to strengthen the power of the SMBs by providing them all the required IT services and with the addition of Azure it also encourages others to do more for SMBs. This step will also strengthen the bond with the customers.
