MobiKwik appoints Chief Technology Officer
MobiKwik has appointed Virender Bisht as its new Chief Technology Officer. He will be taking care of all the aspects of product research and development, user experience design and tech infrastructure. This new appointment is part of the company’s plan of expansion. In the coming months, the company is also planning to hire a Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Business Development & Partnerships and Head of Products.
Speaking about the appointment, Bipin Preet Singh, Founder CEO, MobiKwik said, “Bringing Virender on board as the Chief Technology Officer is one of our many steps towards constantly enhancing the technology behind our product. We are aggressively hiring and plan to double the strength of our technology team of Android engineers, Java engineers, Server engineers, UI frontend engineers, and UX designers.”

Prior to joining MobiKwik Virender worked with MakeMyTrip.com as VP technology. He brings along with him 14 years of diverse experience in creating world-class software products at MakeMyTrip, Educomp, Studyplaces.com, TribalFusion, Exponential, and TCS.
