Mouser Signs Global Distribution Deal with Kaga Electronics

Mouser Electronics has signed a global distribution agreement with Kaga Electronics.

Mouser Through the agreement, Mouser now offers customers FURUNO multi-GNSS devices, which feature Dynamic Satellite Selection, a new satellite signal selection algorithm developed by NTT that minimizes deterioration of time synchronization performance by choosing only the high-quality satellite signals.

The FURUNO multi-GNSS devices are ideal for communications and broadcasting applications, including single satellite tracking and multipath mitigation.

FURUNO GT-88 is a completely stand-alone, high-accuracy, and high-stability GNSS receiver. The module features the Dynamic Satellite Selection algorithm and provides an accurate 1-pulse per second (PPS) signal with GNSS position, velocity, and time (PVT) information through a serial communication channel.

The FURUNO GT-88 timing multi-GNSS receiver module can achieve high stability of 4.5ns (1 sigma) using a single-band receiver, enabling performance required by 5G technology.

The FURUNO GT-88 evaluation kit evaluates the full performance, functionalities, and features of the GT-88 receiver. The evaluation kit includes the multi-GNSS antenna, a USB cable, USB driver, and a CD containing documentation.

The FURUNO GF-880x multi-GNSS disciplined oscillators are capable of providing PVT information for GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, Galileo, and SBAS technologies. The oscillators feature the Dynamic Satellite Selection algorithm and active anti-jamming to suppress the effect of CW jammers, and they offer 1PPS with high accuracy and stability synchronized with UTC and continuously disciplined 10MHz.

The FURUNO GF-880x evaluation kits can evaluate the features, functionalities, and performance of their respective oscillators.

In addition to the evaluation platform with an oscillator, each kit includes a conversion cable, USB cable, a multi-GNSS antenna, and a CD with monitoring software and other specifications.
