Mphasis receives silver medal in Contact Center World’s Best Contact Center Awards 2014
Mphasis, the company that deals in providing IT services has been honoured with a Silver medal at the esteemed Contact Center World’s 9th annual APAC Top Ranking Performer Awards – 2014. The award recognizes the efforts of Mphasis in delivering strength of its partnership-style of working, the quality of its people-related processes in addition to the strong impact of its results on the client’s business. The company received the silver medal under the category of APAC Large Outsourced Contact Center.

Mphasis gained this position by going through the tough selection process and leaving behind 700 other entries in APAC. Apart from this the Mphasis Banking and Capital Markets BPO team will later on compete for the with Silver Awardees for the Global Awards scheduled to be held in November, 2014. The winning team has grown from a 40 Full Time Equivalents (FTE), single-work stream, simple back-office processing operation, to a multi-channel, 350 FTE center. They offer a complete range of inbound and outbound customer facing satisfaction. The company has successfully out grown its target that is the reason that they are awarded with this honour.
