MTS makes changes in leadership for Karnataka and UP circles

Sistema Shyam TeleServices, the telecom operator, who functions under the brand name of ‘MTS’ has revealed some important changes in the leadership for the Karnataka and UP West circles. Umesh Durve has been appointed by the company as the new COO for the Karnataka region. On other hand, Siraj Abbasi will be responsible for the UP west circle of the telco.

The company has made these two new appointments in order to strenghten the position of the company in these two regions.  Both the officials will report to Dmitry Shukov, CEO, MTS India. Dmitry Shukov the CEO of the company has welcomed both the new member to the MTS family. Both the new members have decades of experience in the telecom industry and also have a strong leadership record in the past. He also states that, he is confident that under their expert guidance the company will flourish immensely in both the circles. 

Umesh has been associated with Airtel as the Vice President of Market Operations before joining MTS. On the other hand Siraj was working with Reliance Communications as the circle head for the Lucknow circle prior switching to MTS.
