Murata Set to Expand Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors Production at Wuxi Murata Electronics
Wuxi Murata Electronics Co. Ltd., a manufacturing subsidiary of Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., will commence construction of a new production building in November 2018.
The construction of the new facility will increase production capacity for multilayer ceramic capacitors in order to respond to increased demand. A new office and energy building will also be constructed at the same time.
The sprawling site at Wuxi Export Processing Zone A Zone has been built at a given cost of 14 billion yen (Approx).
The construction of the building is set to commence from November 2018 and is said to be completed by December 2019.
