The Indian audit for 2015 was conducted by the Institute in partnership with The Economic Times and interviewed over 1.8 lakh employees from 700 companies across 20 industry verticals.

In the IT-BPM category, the Institute surveyed over 135 companies through two different lenses—TrustIndex, a survey to gather employees’ experience at their organization; and Culture Audit, an assessment of the existing policies and programs of the organizations.

The recognition places neoteric among companies like Google, Microsoft, SAP Labs, RMSI, Adobe, EMC, Hitachi Data Systems and NIIT.
