Acquisition Expands and Strengthens NGDATA’s Global Presence, Enhances Support across NGDATA Partner Ecosystem
NGDATA has been on a data-driven acquisition spree for awhile. NGDATA has now fixed a strategic deal to acquire Eccella, a New York City based data management and analytics consultancy company.
The acquisition allows NGDATA to rapidly grow its presence in the UK and North America. NGDATA and Eccella customers and partners are known to benefit from access to top data-focused talent and expanded industry expertise.
Eccella’s world-class partner ecosystem is sought to leverage NGDATA the opportunity to further build out its strategic technology partnerships.

In October 2016, NGDATA acquired Rednun, a Netherlands-based company specializing in creating personalized and data-driven video to optimize customer engagement. Prior to that, NGDATA acquired ENQIO, a European consultancy focused on data management, business analytics and multi-channel campaign management.

Eccella is a well-known expert in the field of data-driven consulting and systems construction.

The financial terms of the acquisition were kept undisclosed.
