The French multinational telecommunications corporation, Orange Business Services announces its accreditation as Top Employer in the Asia Pacific across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and India.
The certification is provided by the Top Employers Institute, which globally certifies excellence in progressive human resource policies, practices and employee conditions. The certification was awarded at the Top Employers Institute’s annual Certification Dinner in Shanghai on December 9, 2015.
The Top Employers Institute assessed Orange Business Services’ employee offerings on the following criteria: working environment; training and development; career development; culture management; compensation and benefits philosophy. Orange Business Services earned the certification across the region because its employee offerings across all measured criteria surpassed the required levels.
